ABOUT CSG INC.

CSG Inc. is a facility services partner that provides essential services for our customers, including janitorial services, hard floor care, disinfection services, emergency services, construction cleanup, outdoor care, and more. CSG Inc. headquarters and all other offices are located in the United States, and all companies we service are based in the United States.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. The information you provide is collected when you sign up for our Clean.Report, utilize our live chat, fill out any form on our site, or contact us via phone or email. The type of personal information we may collect include:

  • Contact information including, name, company, employer, postal address, email address, telephone numbers.
  • Work authorization status
  • Information you provide as a job candidate or contract opportunity candidate

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Hubspot to analyze and report on how our visitors interact with the site and what is more relevant to them. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
